Even though we do carry a large inventory of winemaking supplies, equipment and juice kits we cannot guarantee that we will always have every item in stock at any given time. Any non-stock item in our catalog will be ordered from the vendor and is generally received within 7 business days.

Should you order items that we do not have on hand, we will contact you and advise you of such.  You can then decide to let us order the non-stock item(s) or modify your order (either change or withdraw) with the payment adjusted accordingly.

Juice kits are heavy!  We ship via FedEx, USPS or UPS depending on the most economical rate.  Please note that glass bottles are shipped at your risk.  No shipper will guarantee against breakage.
